The Dental Savings Plan is not insurance and cannot be used with other discounts or advertisements, or in conjunction with another dental plan. It cannot be used for services involving injuries covered by workmen’s compensation. The plan also cannot be use for treatment which, in sole opinion of the treating dentist, lies outside the realm of their capability. The Dental Savings Plan cannot be used for referrals to specialists, hospitalizations, or hospital charges of any kind, or for costs of dental care which are covered under automobile or medical insurance. Plans are non-refundable and no refunds of premiums will be issued at any time if the participant decides not to utilize the plan. Patient’s portion of bill is due at the time service is rendered.
